“We wanted to make a difference within the care sector by providing bespoke care to vulnerable adults within their own homes. Prosperity Plus Healthcare was inspired by several passages in the Bible that reference prosperity. We believe that faith was instrumental in this. Prior to choosing our name, we had decided that the primary colour we would use for the company would include green as it represents growth, luck and prosperity . We were glad to see the symbology behind the colour green reflected in the name Prosperity Plus Healthcare. We believe that faith was instrumental in this coincidence too.”

At Prosperity Plus Healthcare, our core mission is to provide outstanding care to the elderly while ensuring that our care is personal and bespoke. As care providers, we are confident in our care and ensure all service users receive a compassionate and professional service. Prosperity Plus Healthcare will be offering 14 years’ worth of experience, not just working in the community but also within nursing homes and residential homes all across Derbyshire.

Prosperity Plus Healthcare was conceptualised when the company directors, Megel and Latoya, left their previous roles and wanted to start a journey of their own within the sector. Both Directors are very passionate and always present person centred approaches to both clients and staff members. This is a vital way to ensure that all involved in Prosperity Plus Healthcare receive the correct support, guidance and respect that they both need and deserve.

We Care for Our Carers
Prosperity Plus Healthcare understands that our carers will do an excellent job in their service if they are happy and confident in their abilities. As a result, training is an essential part of our carer induction process. We offer all new staff an induction training course, and they all come back for an annual update. They also receive specialist training throughout their time with us.
We have a specialist carer support team who can offer assistance, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should it be required.
